Does its job for a while
I have gone through two of these. It worked great as Long as I didn't drive for longer than an hour and a half, because if I did they basically caught on fire. Both times with my bass low cause I know I'm going on a long drive, that nice smell of burning plastic came up, and the bass would completely shut off. The red light for protection indicated it's over heating, which is fine, I just think this is more of a speaker amp than a sub amp. Just so you know I have two reference 1262 Infiniti subs and this was the recommended amp in the package deal.

WOW OMG This amp is a MOSTER!
I know that this is one of the best amps you can buy period hands down! Omg this RE Audio XT-800.2V3 hits my Cerwin Vega 12s so hard and clean bass. I'm just so amazed at this small amp but mean as hell with the power it puts out. The place that hooked it up they were stunned at it's power that it was putting out. If you are looking for some big power to run some 12s, any 12s, then this is the amp to go with!!
