Cheap Chinese Product
This product came without any protective wrapping around the metal units (they were scratched when I opened the box) and even worse, without a set of instructions!
The set started arching when I installed it and after turning the lights off they both proceeded to flicker.
Do not buy this product...it is too cheap for its own good.
