wow what can i say...I bought this from sonic 2 years ago based solely on the reviews wrote here this amp does way more than expected and has never even really got hot doing it awesome amp and i got an awesome deal on it here at sonic....im glad i got in on it before it was discontinued, thanks sonic. If you have a chance to buy it somewhere DO IT without hesitation now mine as far as the birthsheet: 107x4 and 983 on the sub channel and i have it on a set of diamond audio D3 6.5 coax's, a set of D3 components in kick panels, a set of D3 6x9's in the rear deck and 2 D3 12's in the trunk and this amp is taking them to their respected limits..... wow!!

I have 6 Alpine Type R 6 x 9 on rear channels alone and this amp is toying with them. Gotta say I love IT!!!!

This things is a BEAST!!... I bought this to replace a few Pioneer Premier Amps that I was running to power my system in my GTI.. and needless to say this Amp is severly under rated. It`s rated to do 50x4 + 300x1 into a 4 ohm load... well try these #`s on for size 109x4 + 525 into a 4 ohm load!!! and it even puts out more power as you lower your ohm load. If your looking to buy an Amp that can power your whole system and then some this is the one too buy. Plus this amp came with a cool SNAP ON screw driver...so of your looking for an Amp that puts out a good power to $$$ ratio, look no further the Rockford Fosgate Power 1000 25 to Life is it! Sonic Electronix has a smokin` price on them too!!

25 to life limited edition amp

I picked one of these amps up used and an amp. It's powering a set of pioneer premier prs720 components and d series 6-3/4 coaxials in the rear and a Sundown sa12 d4 wired to 2 ohm in a sealed box in my gto and wow is all I can say! Power is incredible and the clearity is outstanding. If you can find one, buy it. I don't think anyone makes a 5 channel amp that can compare in power output to this amp today. Even the JL hd900/5 can't keep up.

An awesome beast!

Well this amp does great things i have it hooked to 4 components speakers and a matching rockford sub power T2 and it definitely delivers awesome looks definitely under rated i've owned many many rockford amps but this one definitely caught my eye and will do for a very long time

Great amp for the price!

If you are looking for an amp to power your whole system, then look no further than this bad boy. I installed this in my 2006 Mustang GT and I was truly amazed by the clarity delivered to each of the channels. The other beauty of owning this amp is that it is under rated, which means it will give you MORE than the rated power stated in the Specs. For example, the subwoofer channel is rated to do 600 watts RMS at 2 ohms and mine pushes 697 watts at 2 ohms.

The only drawback to owning this beast is its size. It is HUGE so make sure you prepare for a place to mount it! Other than its size, I could not recommend a better amp for the price, unless you need more power for your subwoofers.

THIS IS ONE EVIL FREAKING AMP!

I recently purchased this amp and finally got it installed. It runs 4 6 1/2 MB Quart midbass drivers, 4 MB Quart 4 " midranges and 4 MA Audio tweeters on the 4 ch. On the sub I am running 3 Rockford Fosgate P2 dual voice coil 2 OHM 12's (1.3 ohm sub ch). This thing FREAKING BANGS! It is loud as hell, my dome light just fell out of the truck tonight. But beware you will need a power upgrade for this baby. Im runnung 1/0 wire , 250A breakers and a Kinetic battery cap in the back. I have this gear in my new 2007 f-150, so you know the alternator is new etc. W/o The Kinetic it dimmed the crap out of my lights! This thing is a freaking monster and its so pretty to look at. If you want a one amp systme that will SLAM. Get this amp you will not be sorry! It will POUND anything you put in front of it. Gonna get another one to fire up the wife's Expedition with 2 18" Fi subs!

Very good design and performance

I have one of these and am impressed by its quality and power, is connected with 200x2 DLS Iridium 6.3i and 800x 1 for Sub DLS SP12i one connected to 1 ohm

Great 5-channel

I bought this amp to run the whole system in my 1997 Escort, and it does it beautifully. It is majorly underrated. It's rated at 50 x 4 @ 4 ohm, but mine was 112 x 4 @ 4 ohm, and the sub channel is rated at 850 x 1 @ 1 ohm, and mine was 956 x 1 @ 1 ohm. Plus, this amp is beautiful. Def. recommend this to anybody.

UNREAL!!!

I have this amp running four focal 6.5" & 1" tweets & three jl 10w7's, with an eclipse avn792e head unit in a 2011 golf gti, was in my explorer before. Both cars completely dynamatted and still makes an un-opened "soda" bounce 4-6" off the roof! This amp is a beast & i have an original power 1000 four ch, & this amp is on par with the true old school, gut wrenching power. Throw whatever you want at it + the kitchen sink, it will take it and ask for seconds! I paid a fortune for my focals, like 1200 for the front and 9 for the rear. They can just eat power and this amp doesn't flinch. I will be honest, i'm using the stinger mini battery set up & a optima yellow top. The amp is just something you can pound all day long. Might buy another!!! PS Run good equipment, or the best we can afford.

This thing is GREAT!

I\'m using this amp in a 3/4 way SQ type of setup. Sub channel for a pair of 12\"s, two of the stereo channels for a pair of 8\" mid-bass drivers, and the other two channels for a pair of Polk Audio component mids / highs..... and what can I say ? Just the loudest, cleanest, fullest car stereo I\'ve ever heard!

I did a ton of research before buying this amp, and I honestly don\'t believe a person could buy another amp (or 2 or 3 of them) that would do a better job, for a better price! Absolutely, positively the best value on the market, in full range amplifiers! Heck, it would probably still be the best value if you bought it for twice this cost from a walk-in dealer! But why, when you can get it from Sonic Electronix, for much less. For what it is, this is just a ridiculously low price.

Its a beast

This amp is amazing. I have it pushing two Infinity Kappa component sets and a Rockford Fosgate 12". It sound great and rocks for the price I paid.

A great amp.

I have this amp. I got this amp to replace my Punch P1000-1bd and Punch P400-4!! This amp did the job!! Almost the same power and a lot cleaner!! This amp is great looking with great power!! THE BEST AMP I EVER OWNED. My highs are clear and my bass is tight. If you want to power everything this amp is the way to go!! I get 1000 x 1 @ 1 ohm and 75 x 4 at 4 ohm!!

HAVE IT, USE IT, LOVE IT

I recently got one of these installed in my ride. And it really can push some power! I have it running some Polk Audio SR6500 components in the 4 doors and a 900 watt RMS sub and it sounds absolutely incredible! Definitely would recommend for anybody that has an application for a 5 channel amp! Really nice amp, killer speaker level display too! Moves with the music and shows how much power is being pushed for each channel.
