Decent speakers for wakeboard tower

I decided to go with regular car speakers rather than marine speakers for my wakeboard tower since you get more for your money that way. The speakers do pretty good hooked up to an amp at 150 watts per speaker. I have 2 hooked up and they do great with the highs to mids but cant really handle the lows. I have them cranked up pretty loud to overcome the engine noise and they sound great while wakeboarding. Im usually about 50-60ft behind the boat. They look great too! I would def recomend these speakers for a tower.

Good

I bought these for my 2002 Sonoma with my Alpine 9846 head unit and it was an awesome upgrade from stock. Puts out decent bass with crisp clear sound. Definitely Recommended.

super great speakers

extremely loud and painfully clear, have 4 of these in my 2001 eclipse with only a 400w amp pushing them and they are insanely loud and clear, i absolutely love them and tell everyone to get rockford fosgate now

Great 6 Inch Speaker

First off, this speaker is LOUD. I turned it up all the way on my stock system and got a headache. This thing is crystal clear at the volume, also. The speaker fits very easily into my 2001 Camaro and fills it with music with ease. I'm running it as both my doors and midbass and they're excellent. I highly recommend them.

Good overall

I have a pair of these installed in My 1996 MB E320 in the front doors running off A factory bose amplifier. Sound Quality is Very good with a nice balance of Highs and Mids "When properly mounted" They sound best with acoustic music, haven't had any distortion problems Not incredibly loud, but sound really good at mid to relatively high volumes.
