Awesome Amp

Rockford amps def live up to their reputation for putting out big but clean power. The amp I got was rated at 201 x 4, well above the 150 x 4 that was advertised. I like it so much that I'm going to use another one to power the highs in my truck also! $$$ well spent, you will NOT be disappointed!

Workhorse

I instaled this to drive my 2 6x9 alpin Type R's as well as my 6.5" Type Rcomponent speakers, and let me tell you this amp pushes hard. It is a great amp for the price. Rockford continue to put out fantastic amps. Mine was rated well over 900 watts on its birth sheet and I have no reason to believe that it was wrong. Buy this amp. You will love it.

if you wanna be able to tell your friends u have the biggest 4 channel amp they ever seen well this is the amp for u.. the clarity this amp has is amazing. i got all infinity kappa highs and it give them their full potential. what i think the best part about the amp is they send u a test sheet certificate showing the true power ratings. mine said 750 watts rms at 2 ohm and 1166 watts at 1 ohm which is frickin amazing. amp sells for a 800 rms but actually pushes 1166 rms. WOW. i highly recommend watching what highs u put on here and make sure the speakers can handle this massive amp. cause if u fry ur highs and continue to run them it will eventually fry ur amp... i should say the only down side of the amp is that its frickin huge.... u should def have enough room for it...

Incredible closeout value!

I came to Sonic Electronix looking for a less powerful, less massive 4-channel amp than this one, but when I saw the closeout price on this unit, I had to jump. Don't let the closeout bother you. This amp is superior in build and performance (1-ohm stable and fan-cooled) to the current Rockford Power Series offerings, and at this price, it's a no-brainer. If I had the budget, I'd have picked up 2 of them. It's way overkill for what I'm doing in my BMW 330i (it's hard to imagine an install for which this amp WOULD NOT be overkill), but this is an amp that I will carry with me through my next several vehicles. It's absolutely bullet-proof. It's how I wish all products were built.

This amp is unreal, its 50 watts per channel at 4 ohms THE BIRTH SHEET SAID6 99 watts rms @ 4ohms and 751 total rms watts @ 2 ohms and 1252 total rms watts @ 1 ohm thats the birth sheet for this amp and it is so clean and clear its life like, and its kinda big weighs almost 25 lbs and I installed it in the back of my 82 vette. I have a 1 cubic ft sub box with a Infinity kappa perfect 12 ( about 4 or 5 yrs old) and this amp with the sub sounds so life like and I dont have the new speakers yet Im runnin a set of kenwood 4x6 up front and pionieer 6x9s in the rear and it rocks cant wait for the big brown truck (ups) tomorrow .. and I just ordered a set of 4x6 JBL plate speakers for the front and a set of Boston Acoustic sl 95 6x9 for the rear and I will probably end up ordering a new sub from Sonics I got my amp the next day that fast and ups already e-mailed me and said my speakers are on the way! Thanks Sonic my car sounds so tight I have a constant smile now !
