Eh...

Well they look pretty... that's about it. they sound like hissing snakes unless you balance them out with all the other speakers and still, they don't sound that great. I'm pulling them out and getting some 4x6's. i love rockford products but these just don't match up to rockfords name sound quality wise.

Amazing sound Looking for Tweeters these sound amazing

Easy installation if you have some general background in car stereo.

Nice improvement over stock

Used these to replace the factory JBL tweeters on a 2008 Tacoma and it's a very nice improvement in sound and frequency. Definitely balances the sound of the upgraded speakers and sub. It can get a little loud and "hissy" on certain words at high volume but some EQ adjustment can clear it up and leave it sounding very nice. Good deal for the money. Very good mounting design to clamp it onto a bracket but very concerned that I had to bend the wire terminals for it to fit into it's support bracket. I felt like it would break any second. Would have preferred this already be designed with the terminals in the proper orientation.

didn't last a month

The installation was straight forward, sound quality was decent but after a little over 2 weeks in, the left tweet quit. After taking the door panel back off I could find no physical damage. Checked with my fluke and sure enough it is burnt out. it was hooked up properly with the crossovers and everything mounted securely and powered from the head unit with 15w RMS feeding the tweets. I own many Fosgate Punch series speakers and amps, and they have all functioned flawlessly and sounded great for years, these tweeters though have been a thorough disappointment..

Despite the bad reviews I bought them anyways and I have to say I am not disappointed they sound great.

Unbeatably smooth

These tweeters were easy to install in my Jeep Wrangler and look fantastic and clean. I have them on a Rockford prime marine amp with about 50 watts each and they are super smooth and clear. I had a previous pair of JL tweeters that I paid a fortune for and these are even better... they come with a super nice crossover as well which helps them not distort. Make sure you have them on another high pass going through your amp so they can go even louder. I'm super impressed and didn't expect this kind of value from a $50 pair of tweeters. Rockford all the way guys!

You can't go wrong with rockford fosgate tweeters,this is what I need to balance the sound in my car. They didn't stop at great sound,these tweeters are durable and they look so good mounted in my car. Outstanding sound quality at a affordable price

Only Rockford Fosgates for me

You can’t ever go wrong with Rockford Fosgate. In my Silverado 2500HD I’m running Fosgate Power series 6x9’s in front and 6.5’s in rear doors powered by Fosgate 4 channel amp and under back seat 2 Slim Punch series 10’s with Fosgate Mono amp. And In my Silverado 1500 Z71 I’m running Punch series 6.5’s in front doors with these Tweeters and in back door Punch series 5.25’s. And will soon add a Punch series 4 channel amp on them all to add the icing on the cake. Both trucks sound awesome.

Rockford Fosgate ROCKS!!!!

I have 6x8 punch RF in the doors of my F 150 and these little tweets have very good sound and are very loud! Rockford Fosgate has never disappointed me with any product. RF ROCKS!!!! I set them on -4 on the cross over.

loud, not so clear

I used these tweeters for a budget DIY sound quality build. I needed a tweeter with its own crossover to handle the highs while mids were covered with a pro audio driver. once installed these things are loud, the attenuation works to quiet them, but not nearly enough. they completely drown out the mid range. aside from sheer volume, these tweets don't have much going for them. the sound quality is not even as good as the stock tweeters they are replacing. they make the highs sound fatiguing and compressed. that being said. these could be useful for someone who wants to get really loud and throw sound quality out the window. they just aren't for me.
