Does just what I expected, no more "BATTERY" & "CHECK ENGINE" lights on bass hits! although is was kinda cool, my suv would freak out until i got this.

BRAND OR NOTHING

I recently order mine from Sonic. Got a great deal on it with the make an offer option. Seriously not alot of sites have it, really cool and definitely worth the price. This ROCKFORD FOSGATE capacitor is the best-selling one on this page. Bought mine a couple weeks ago when it was limited stock. Checked a few days later an it was in stock, an a few days after that back again to limited stock. WOW they speak for themselves. Overall the capacitor is clean... THE BEST THAT MONEY CAN BUY.

bought this a while back and it is STILL running strong even at max volume my T1 12 suckn 900rms i still dont dim and i hit harder then I could ever imagine on one sub. I love this cap and recommend it to anyone and everyone. I actually bought this because my buddy has one and he also never had any problems. FosgateForLife!

good product

well i'm not exactly sure what i expected but my headlights still dim at night when the bass hits...it's advertised as a red LED lighting but i got blue..its ok, i think blue looks better anyway...i think this product works fine, the only issue i have with it is that the bracket isnt very strong, i have it mounted on the backside of the rear seat and the bracket broke down the middle so now the cap is loose in my trunk...

easy to install and works better than most caps, takes about 10 mins to completely charge first time, i had to purchase a 12volt positive negative charger to use the little charging device that comes with the cap, when u first connect that device that comes with it to charge it will give off some smoke but dont worry keep it attached, its supposed to do that i guess

I like this product. It has helped alleviate issues concerning my power. It is clean and very effective.

Worth it

This capacitor does exactly what it is designed to do. It is heavy duty without having to pay the cost of the competition series like its competitors.

One of the Better Capacitors

I have this capacitor hooked up to two 12" Alpine Type R's. With a Alpine MRP-2000. I had a lot of dimming before I got the capacitor so I decided to buy this one.
After I got the capacitor all I can say is WOW, you could tell right away that the Subs hit harder and louder. They also hit notes and the sound would last longer before going quiet. The cap itself looks really cool and is built really solid. The mounting brackets are plastic but as long as you mount it in a good spot it will be fine, the digital display also looks really good.
I also have a optima yellowtop battery and a high output alternator. If you have a capacitor and you still have dimming its probably because your alternator isnt putting out enough power.

This cap is AMAZING. It helped the drain from my battery, and my head lights dimming. I love this cap, because it helped me not have to do a lot of upgrades in my car. If you are looking for a great cap worth the money. Well, you found it.

Good But...

This did not really fix my headlight dimming issue in my 96' honda accord. But running 2 amps and a 500w rms sub is a lot of power. I did notice that i was getting a bit more power to my sub and it sounded better! I still dropped to about 9.6 V on the lows

Great Quality

I would highly recommend this cap to anyone considering a system upgrade, I am very pleased with the performance of this cap, the amp seems to have loads of power to when the low frequencies and transient highs are presented most of all no dimming of headlights. Good work Rockford, nice looks as well.

great product

Like all Rockford products this one all so full fills its duties. I have never had any problems with it and the price is not bad. All u have to do to have a great system is get rid of anything that is not rockford, and replace it with Rockford.

not worth the money

I got this and was hoping that it would help keep my lights from dimming but it doesn't at all. I am going to have to get a high output alternator. But then again I am running a rockford fosgate power 1500 and a rockford fosgate punch 400×4. I will continue to use it after I install the alternator. I do however like the voltage meter.

A necessary upgrade!

If you are looking for SPL or SQL (Loud, or sound quality) out of your speakers definitely pick this baby up! Works very well and very easy to install and mount!

Great Power

Best Capacitor that I've ever bought, I have 5 others on my shelf. Nice that it has more than one positive and negative input/output. Almost enough power to stop my headlights from dimming running two "old school" Punch 100's
