good for what it is
for a practice amp the important thing is that the sound quality is sufficiently tolerable that it is possible to get on with practicing the guitar. of the available really small guitar amps, this one seems to be one of the better options. it has versatility in the controls and the sound quality is acceptable for the limited application of being a practice amp. it takes up no space, it is possible to use it on batteries or standard plug-in power sources and it is totally portable. i have not spent much time trying to refine the sound since the speaker is the ultimate factor in the sound and ….what can you expect from such a small one. also, i have not yet experimented with the i-phone app designed for this unit. if you are looking for a very small amp for low volume practice, this one is fine.
