Liked it so much I bought a second one.
We bought this sharp 6 months ago because we had the same model for the last 8 years and loved it.
Unfortunately our 4 year put a bag of popcorn on for 28 mins instead of 2.8 mins and that was the end of our old microwave.
The new one hasn't missed a beat. These units are durable, they have survived 5 kids, countless spills, multiple blowups, door slamming teenagers, and one fire. Even the popcorn didn't kill it, but we were never able to get the burnt smell out.
The unit isn't the most feature rich, but it is durable and that is what our family needs. I would recommend buying it to anyone who needs a mirco wave to do the basics and do it well.
As for the company they were very good. Unfortunately it was back ordered several times, so it took over a month to get but they keep it contact, offered replacement options, my money back, and did a great job of trying to make me happy. They let me know when the unit finally was available and it was shipped promptly and in good shape.
Easy to install if you are some what handy. You will need two people for the final part of the install. Make the holes in the cabinet bottom oversized to allow getting your bolts properly aligned going into the top of the unit.
