Do Not Buy This unless your car's alternator can handle it already.
The directions were rather simple to follow, and for a few weeks everything worked exceptionally well even though my headlights still dimmed. In their defense my car requires more power to run such a system properly and it's quite possible that this is the reason that the capacitor broke and started creating a loud humming back-round noise. For the price though i was rather surprised. I liked the product except for the fact that if it was due to not having enough power, then the cap should have let me know there was a problem by alarming me before it broke.

does the job
for the price point this cap is great....lights don't dim and supplies steady stream of power to amps....could spend more $ but why?...overall great value
