cheap and effective

I have a 1200 watt amp that puts out close to 1200watts so this cap. is a good match. helps a lot when the bass hits to supply power quickly. no complaints. just simple as this. BUY FROM SONIC!!!!! i bought this from a local car shop and paid 130!! that ridiculous. i bought it before i new of the greatness that is sonic electronix. the price on this simply can't be beat. matched with a great product equals my business.

Works, I think...

Got this capacitor all hooked up and charged for my system, and the display is dead. I don't want to dismantle my setup while I return it and wait for a replacement, so I guess I will just keep it with the broken display and all. I would probably not get this capacitor again if I had the chance. I got what I paid for I guess.

Its a cheaply made product. After two months the ground terminal broke. I wouldn't buy another one. Remember u get what u pay for.

I'm very pleased. I never used a cap and I'm happy my lights are not dimming with the beat anymore.

I bouhy yhis capacitor because spl products have a good name and the price was great. I would reccommend sonic eletroxics to everyone who ask me about audio equipment.

has been running 2 12" for about a month and i have been pushing them. no more light dimming in my civic!

Be sure to charge it up the right way before you use it so you dont blow the screen on it

bad product

This cap does not perform as intended I previously had the street wires brand and had no problems with loss of power or my headlights dimming. this should not happen in a 2006 monte. I am running a kenwood kac 9104d(900rms)with two 12" kenwood 3011 subs all hooked to a kenwood ddx 6019 headunit. So if you are considering a cap buy one that comes from a reputable company (brand)It only looks good and will actually work.

I have a 15" PowerBass 3XL Series and a JL Audio 500/1 mono amp running @ 2 ohms. Only 500w to the sub but it slams hard. So I decided to get the spl capacitor 2.0 and its been 6 months now and works great. No more headlight dimming when bass hits.

I bought this product to reduce my headlight dimming, didnt really make a difference though, looks nice but would probably reccomend for a beginner bass head.

Not great, but works

I got this capacitor to reduce the amount of headlight dimming I was having with my system. It doesn't completely stop the dimming, but it has reduced it greatly. Also, I left my headlights on and drained the battery, but it managed to hold enough current at a steady voltage after 5 minutes with the lights off to start my car, even after 3 failed attempts without waiting.

Great Product

This product is a great product and very good priced. It does everything I wanted it to do and more. It has had no issues whatsoever and keeps up with the amplifier and them some. I would definitely recommend this product. Especially due to the price.

El Capacitador SPL cp2.0 es de excelente calidad y duradero es muy completo y preciso. Tiene muy buena reserva de capacidad y sobretodo mantiene los niveles con facilidad a toda pastilla. Tiene buenísimas prestaciones y con un diseño en conjunto de estetica futurista muy logrado. NOTA...he leído alguna pésima critica hacia el SPL y digo el dicho ('perdónales porke no saben loke dicen'). Lo primero es tener el equipo apropiado y bien montado. Lo segundo es tener lo voltios los vatios y los watts correctos en todo. Tercero no tener en malas condiciones el alternador ni la batería ni los bornes de batería ni las conexiones flojas o terminales en mal estado o de baja calidad. Los problemas llegan al Capacitador por lo antedicho y por exagerar los Peak y maltratar los equipos sus instrumentos y sus componentes etc. dándoles un mal uso o trato.Es como tu coche ke si lo usas inadecuadamente pues poco durara. En fin lo dejare en el aire, ( para cada Capacitador.. su equipo y dueño perfecto ) . Gracias y un saludo.
