Spl Z1X 3000D

It is a very strong amp .. I am moving two 15 "dual coil drive and they're good. It is connected to 1 ohm and not heating up. I recommend this amp.

Great amp for cheap!

This amp has some serious power. It has the same exact board as the PA a3000db, which I own, the Kole Q1-3000d, the O2 Audio OAD3000.1, the Planet Audio TT2250d, and the Xsite Xad2k . These are the ones I know for a (fact) carry the same board. I did a lot of research before I bought my beast. Heck check the board on the Lanzar opti2000d. It is identical except it has less caps, but costs a lot more money! If you haven't gotten my point yet, it is you don't have to go out and buy a brand name amp to get the kind of performance you get from Lanzar, JL, Kicker, Orion etc.. Save your money, get one of these, and embarrass your friends who spent 4 times as much on an amp that puts out less power. I've got my amp on 1 Alpine Type-R 12 in my small turbocharged hatchback and it absolutely slams. Nuff said. BTW the sub amps I've owned over the years are an Xtant 1001dx, Orion XTR2150, Autotek mono amp (can't remember the specs), Hifonics ZXi1008, and a MA Audio 802 (sadly defective out of the box). I still own a mint Zapco Ref750 that is really nice but just doesn't quite pound out like this amp. Don't be scared off by the price or the name, this thing puts out some serious power; trust me, I've owned some of the biggest names in car stereo and these "off-brand" amps that I listed are very nice, you just gotta know what to look for.

Then it blew up. Decent power decent filter oh and it makes funny noises before it blows up btw.

The bass boost, LPF and subsonic adjustments were very poor. The RMS was lower than claimed. Overall a very disappointing amplifier. I would not recommend this amp for anything other than a door stop.
