Great little radio
I have over time bought a handful of small portable radios on line that cost almost twice as much as this one. All of them require removing the batteries for recharge, all of them require the nuisance of manually turning the dial for different station settings, all of them giving good reception. The Sangean PR-D5 by comparison is an absolute jewel for the money. It is cute, it is sturdy, the six AA batteries can stay installed during re-charging. and it has five buttons for pre-set stations both AM and FM. It comes with a cord for AC use, and an outlet for earphones as most of them do.
