Terrible product. Stay away!!
I have had 2 out of 4 motors go bad on me. I have not even had them installed for a month. The clamp that comes with it to attaches to the rods are complete junk. I thought Scosche would make a better product. I installed stereos for over 12 years and have never seen such bad luck with actuators.
It is just a matter of time before the other 2 actuators go bad on me. I'm not looking forward to that.
Too bad, I like having the "clutch" on the motors.

6 months so far of every day use in a 2004 ford escape gate hatch without a single issue!!!!!!Direct replacement for all ford escaples/mazda tribute very easy to install bolt-on and connect two wires.Would definitely purchase this item again if i needed it!!!! Can't beat the price!!!!

Don't buy these!!! The little clamp where the three screws go, that one that holds the rods together brakes so easy. I bought a set for my Tacoma and both of them broke. I don't recommend the product to anyone.

Perfect fit for 2003 Ford Escape hatch.
Low cost. Mechanically a drop in replacement. Just have crimp connectors handy.
