very useful

plain and simple. if you want to remove a ford radio you need this. people say you can use coat hanger wire but that's very ineffective. pop em in and pull the radio out. great buy for a do it yourselfer.

great tool!

my gf's vw radio went into safe mode after disconnecting the battery, the dealer wanted $50 to remove it, b*** b** wanted $25. I thought that was a ridiculous price for something that would literally take 2 seconds. it is near impossible to find vw radio removal keys locally. comes with vw and ford removal keys. The vw key worked great, and its a awesome deal.

Great product, but this tool is not 'special'

This is a basic tool for removing the Ford factory radio. I thought I needed to order it from S.E., but later found the SAME thing in stores like W****** for about the same price.

Did the job, but quality was bad.

I purchased these to replace a factory stereo in my Ford Thunderbird. They worked, but one came bent totally out of shape. I bent it back and went on my merry way, come to find out the other one was too wide. Ghetto rigged them both, jammed into the removal holes and eventually I got the stereo out. I bought these so I didn't have to ghetto rig a coat hanger, and I basically still had to rig something up. Maybe I got crappy ones, but it still reflected quality control.

Scosche DT1

This equipment was like using a glove to pull out a cake from an oven. Very easy to use which makes your factory radio come out with ease and without a hassle.
