fit like a glove

Looks, sound and easy to use yes it has it all.
Added a power switch to play without key just remember Bluetooth likes to turn it on so you can kill battery if left on. Best to use the key.

Great dash kit

Strong dash kit , no cutting needed. fits nicely. no problems running all wires behind headunit. kit comes with options for having either deep or shallow space used under headunit.

Fits well

Fits the dash very well. The only issue I had is the trim ring around the radio doesn't stay in place very well, whenever I remove the faceplate the trim ring falls off.

Good installation kit at great price

This product worked relatively well for installing my car stereo system in my 2001 Ford Windstar, with the exception of a tab that protruded from the side of sleeve / unit that holds the stereo unit. It interfered with and slowed the installation process until I discovered the problem. The quality of the kit was very good, but the instructions could use improvement / additional detail. I recommend this product despite some shortcomings.

I had previously bought a Scosche dash mount and had to glue it to make it work. This dash kit came with my pioneer and to my surprise the Scosche dash kits Sonic carries are far more durable.

I reccommend their products. i never got to use it, but the quality seems good. please pay additional shipping for expidited. i never got the deck that was suppose to be used for this harness, because i live in hawaii and it takes longer or sometimes not received, in this case. i did however get the harness and adapter. im sure it works great. if you live on the mainland, im sure you will get their products, but for hawaii buyers, choose different shipping and pay the extra! I got the harness as a free gift with purchase of deck. that was great, i got the free harness and adapter in 2 weeks, but not the deck. Im sure it works and fits great. I dont know how it works, so i cant rate ease of use, features etc. But it was a free a gift w/purchase, that i am very happy with. i have no doubt that the deck i ordered (Boss), would have worked and looked great and seems easy to install yourself, just look on youtube, it shows how easy. I would love to still have received the deck, then my rating would change.

Its Kinda Cheap but it works

This is the Free product that comes with the order. I am grateful that i did not have to purchase this separately, but it was cheap and does not look all that great. Especially the part that is a cubby hole, it definitely doesn't look professional. Instructions for install on my vehicle were not correct either i ended up improvising. if you can spend a few extra bucks get something better. If cheap is your thing, this this will definitely do the trick.

Did what it was supposed to. Required a solid push to get it to lock in place, and it's a bit of a pain to pull out after. The bottom tray is slippery, I put some toolbox rubber mat stuff in it and it holds my phone, mp3 player and amp gain remote no problem.

I ordered a pioneer DEH-P500Ub from here, and i saw that by buying it i could get the dash install kit and wiring harness free for my car. I had never heard anything like this. So i put in my car's information, and completed my order. Days later i got the package and went to installing everything. The dash install kit fit PERFECT, and also looks great at that. It was a great dealing with sonic electronix and a great product!

Wasn't expecting much. wasn't let down either

Did it's job OK. CD player hardly ever skips. only complaint is the storage compartment rattles horribly, I just put a piece of electrical tape down the seem and it works and looks good. And you cant really put any thing small inside the storage compartment because it flies out every time you step on the gas or turn hard.
All and all no major disappointments. pleased with sonix.

Does its job

This dash kit does its job. Holds the head unit perfectly, no panel caps. It just looks natural!

Housing bracket

The bracket was fairly flimsy as all plastic is. It is pretty much do it yourself instructions, however if you know what you are doing then it wont be a problem. I got my stereo in within a half hour time frame. That includes ripping the paneling off of the A bar to run the GPS wire.

Always needed

If you're ever installing an aftermarket radio, cases are you will need this. And this product is easy enough to use and install that it should take the average person less than 2 minutes to actually install this product. The only thing I wish this had was an option where the front bezel could be made of a faux wood grain or something flashy like carbon fiber or stainless steel.

worked great but a warning

I busted off some of the tabs that would lock it into place and prevent pulling it back out, because otherwise you would have to take out the dash if anything went wrong. I was lucky nothing did and just managed to cram all the connections on the back of my Pioneer nav deck. The tripod mount on the back was too short for my deck so I had to use a half busted one from a previous install. For my purposes this kit worked well.
