2013 F150 double DIN trim and control panel
Positive... fits well, simplifies control panel from 40+ buttons to 8+ buttons
Wiring was simple. It took some time but was not complicated.
Graphic on touch screen is clean and simple.
This unity allows replacement of failed Ford radio at a fraction (25%) of the cost from Ford, even at the price of this kit with a D/DIN radio.
Comments...
Finish is satin paint and fingermarks and scratches show easily. It is not durable and textured like other Scoche products I have purchased. Does not match original.
Touch control for heating /cooling requires two or three taps per step in temperature adjusting.
Lost options ...
Date, time, Clock and outside temp are missing (now not available) from display on basic factory display.
Model selection for XLT does not account for heated mirror option (now lost), just rear window defrost.
