cheap and flimsy

But so far it seams to be working. This is a "fit a million different cars" model so you have to cut off most of the plastic tabs to use it. luckily my head unit rests on a support for the factory radio, or I am sure it would have cracked with the first pot-hole or cracked the dash panel.

This double din dash kit worked okay for my gmc Yukon. It is pretty cheap and cheesy as far as the parts though. The big pieces to mount the screen are the only ones I used. And they were 2 separate pieces instead of one solid plastic piece. Made for a flimsy install. They don't secure the screen very well. I will be custom making some aluminum ones when these break which I doubt will be too long from now.

Decent dash kit

About the same as all other Scosche dash kits not bad but they are not the best in terms of build quality. No complaints works every time for application easy to install.

Perfect fit!

This mounting unit for the double din stereos was a perfect fit for my 2004 GMC Canyon. It took less than an hour to remove the old radio, install a wiring adapter and mount my new stereo.

I bought this kit because I did not trust the free American International mounting kit that came with the radio. I had read that the A.I. kit was cheap and broke easy..

The Scosche kit was easy to put together and mounted up real well in my 97 LeSabre. It was well worth the price

perfect fit

Worked very well in my 06 Avalanche 1500. Instructions were clear on which tabs to cut and which to save, and matches dash plastics really well. No rattling or anything after install, and best of all, super easy installation.
