Good for price

Quality is acceptable. Like the other reviews, holes for buttons and fit to dash not perfect and requires some dexterity to file and sand to fit. Colour not perfect but close enough. All things considered, works and looks fine and well worth the price. Obvious choice vs. expensive Honda factory version.

Looks Great

This dash kit looks like it came from Honda. The color is a 99.9% match. I paid a pro to install my stereo and they were very happy that I got this over another brand.

This trim kit fit perfect and was an exact match to the factory piece, shape and color. works good to give my double din dvd player a factory look in the awkward honda stereo location.

Perfect Fit

This is the second dbl din dash panel I've owned. The first was another manufacturer's product installed by a dealer and the AC controls were tight and didn't fit well.
I installed this one and all OEM parts fit perfectly. Perfect fit on the dash as well.
As with all these aftermarket units the color is slightly off, but this unit has a better match than the other one. You can hardly tell.

Great Product!!!

Color looked to me like an exact match to the factory plastic. Everything fit perfectly w/ no modifications, I put this in a 2008 Civic coupe using a Sony double DIN. Installation was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone. who is looking to make the same purchase. Thanks Sonic!

Color a bit off.

Unit arrived with all hardware needed for installation and was easy to change it with stock unit. I did install it myself with no issues. Color is a bit off but it's bearable. No 5 stars for that reason.

AC control button slot can be very tight and you may need to do some sanding to get the buttons to fit correctly like I did...


I do want to say something else. The pictures of the products don't really show the true color of the unit. You really have to look at my unit to tell the slight color difference. I highly recommend this unit as it is a solid unit that truly resembles stock...

Scosche HA1561DGB / HA1561DG Review

The color matched perfectly with the rest of the dash itself. Was expecting the price to be a little bit less but what can you do. Easy to install if you know what you are doing. If you do not know how to take apart a dashboard it may be difficult for you to do the wiring and installation of the deck behind the dash.

Fits perfectly on my Civic Si 4DR 2008 and it has 98% the same color, pretty good to be an aftermarked piece.

Good except for one little thing!

I'll begin by saying that the dash kit has an amazing aesthetic and matches perfectly to the rest of the panels. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any Civic 2006+ owner.

The only thing that I had problems with is the temperature control panel opening. When I tried to mount the control panel to the dash kit, bottom row buttons kept getting stuck and wouldn't come back to the normal position. It is because the buttons were touching the plastic from the dash kit. I would suggest Scosche to make a bigger opening.

I would recommend buying a metal frame to hold up the radio the one included is cheap plastic and can be easily removed.
