Couldn't find the OEM piece that replaces the original cassette deck (in a 1998 Honda Civic) with a pocket. This Scosche item was a close fit, but required a little trimming on the sides and new holes drilled in the Honda's cassette housing to get it to work.

Price-Conscious Scosche HA2156B / HA2156
This was a product that I bought instead of the Honda OEM part. It is a an empty space usually under the CD player/ radio. Mine was damaged when a friend tried to help me remove it when my new-used Honda's battery was disconnected, I needed the Battery code.
This product was much cheaper than the Honda OEm. It fit in the location when the tech's removed the old one to get my battery code and replace the damaged one. The only issue I had with it, was that it created a smaller space than the OEM part to put objects in.
