Connect the blue wire!

At first the signal wasn't very good so I did a quick search and found that the blue wire needs to be connected to the red switched power wire. Made all the difference!

As expected

All Scosche wiring kits I've used have always been very good. This time was no exception.

Product is...ok

Sound quality and cable quality seem outstanding. My only complaint is the connectors. They seem rather loose. They would jiggle loose from my amp periodically and I would have to re-seat them. Also don't seem to be gold plated.

I would highly recommend this. It fits so nice and tight but its not so tight that you can't slide it right in. Its a perfect fit and when your done it won't be hard anymore.

Antenna adapter. What to say. Easy breezy. You don't see it after installation and it works.

Works as advertised

Installed on a 2012 Mazda 6. The blue wire MUST be used in order for proper reception. In my case connected it to the blue antennae remote wire (Blue wire without white stripe) and reception is excellent on a Clarion NX404.

Not sure but when I installed this antenna adapter my reception is terrible! Way worse than factory deck. Maybe defective?

First off the connection to the radio is a little loose and it would be a good idea to tape the connection so it doesn't pop out by the vibration of the vehicle... Second there is a blue wire on this unit and it is used to power the stock antenna amp or power the retractable antenna if you have one... Without it I couldn't get many stations at all...


Even with the slight issues I still highly recommend this unit as it really does make things easier to do...

Antenna converter

This cable converted the existing cable end to the new radio connectors.

The cable was not shipped in the original packaging of the items but when I call the Support number they were very apologetic and had the items shipped Over Night at no charge .

It's a wire

Works. I don't listen to the radio much, but the quality wasn't great for a lot of stations. Stations with a stronger signal sounded good though.

I ended up hooking up the blue wire to the remote output on the aftermarket deck.
