Great fit !

I used this kit in a Toyota tundra 08 . I had no problems installing this kit . I installed a single din Kenwood using the pocket . When i finished the mount looked very neat no gaps . A perfect fit . I would recommend this kit to the Toyota owners .

Decent kit

Kit fits good. Little hard to get it lined up and straight do to the flimsy side brackets. Wound up having to fasten something to the side to strengthen the kit from flexing. Works good in a pinch but I'd order the metra one instead. ESPECIALLY for a double din radio

Fits well, looks good

This install kit for Toyota trucks fits well and looks good. I would prefer the elimination of the pocket or at least a blanking plate to fill the hole but truthfully it looks fine as is.
I have installed many receivers in various automotive makes. The Toyota truck is pretty much straight forward if you follow instructions. Don't just start prying on the trim. Read the detailed instructions and remove the hidden screws. Once the factory audio unit was removed it was a simple process to install the aftermarket receiver into the TA2043 and install the unit into the truck. I made this installation into a 2006 Tundra for my son in law.

Does the job

The plastic is durable and high quality. The fit is perfect and looks like a factory piece. One thing I've noticed about Scosche double DIN kits with the pockets, is that the pockets never line up quite right and create a lip. This makes it difficult to get anything out of the tight space. If it were all one molded piece I would like it better. I believe Metra kits are built as one molded piece.

A bit hard to assemble

This trim kit does the job for installing a head-unit into a Toyota Tundra. I like the pocket for holding my iPod, but it is too small to hold much else. Connecting the pocket to the rest us the kit was difficult, but I eventually got it.

okay but...

Okay install kit, but its so slim that my hand only goes in until my knuckles. So not much stuff can fit in there really and pens will slide to the back and only way out is to use another pen. Overall nice kit, but the opening could have definitely been larger.

This dash kit fit well and included all the instructions I needed.
