I feel bad to say something about a Free product, but here we go; You will need to slightly modify this template. Two holes for the screw wont quite align correctly, so I opted to just use one screw. A Drimmel will be your friend in this install.

Had to modify
Did not fit properly had to trim the mounting plate to get it to sit flush and stay in place....it took about an hour of trimming with an X-acto knife before it finally snapped into place like it was supposed to
