antenna adapter for volvo s80 2004
this antenna adapter works fine for FM radio. My wife still has some old school talk radio she likes to listen to. The adapter does nothing for AM radio as the Volvo AM antenna is a powered antenna and there is nothing to take care of that with the adapter. If you just want FM, works just fine otherwise you need a different powered antenna and plug in to make the AM work. I have ordered a retrosound hideaway antenna which is cable and antenna that I can stash behind the dash, all in one. Still waiting for it to show up but have no doubt it will work just fine.
