Product was easy to install and came with clear instructions for troubleshooting. Simple color to color installation with an overall durable design. Would definately recommend.

Works well but not a space saver
this item works by plugging into factory harness, but takes up a lot of room behind the radio and makes it hard to find space for all the wires in a tight dash like my 2003 VW Golf. Patience and soldering skill will help instead of using crimp wire connectors (Butt Splice). found i didnt need this model cuz i dont have steering wheel controls.
