This is an easy to use plate very simple installation, however, combined with certain stereos it suggests that you may have to trim the plastic trim from the front of some stereos to get it to fit properly. The "Pyle PLR15MUA happens to be one of those I made it fit without doing it but it is not screwed to the dash yet is not loose by any means either.

This ( Unit) worked very well with my vw beetle, a little had to removed from the bottom to make the unit fit into my dash but after that great fit.

The front plate to it wont stay clicked into the brackets. i have to hold it down when the screen comes out.

Perfect choice!

The Scosche kit matches my VW dash perfectly. Others I've seen do not have the same feel or sheen of my dash. The Scosche is spot on!

Decently made product too bad it didn't fit the radio

I bought this form my girlfriends car and first of all I will say that this dash kit is fairly well made and for the price (free) it wasn't a bad deal. Though with that said it doesn't fit over a Clarion FZ150. This wouldn't have been as big a deal if it can with a similar adapter to the Xscorpion version, which I ended up buying.

trimming may be necessary

Although this trim bezel fit the vehicle I had to make some minor modifications to fit the radio. A file and some time and all was good..
