Great alarm but the camera quit working
I would recommend this alarm to others, however i always warm them that my camera for it just suddenly quit working and no one can figure out why.
Other then that its a good alarm but be warned, if others have experienced the same as me, then whats the point in buying an alarm with a camera just for it to stop working on you...

Scytek VG 8K
I've installed an additional strobe, replaced the blue with red led, added a red led scanner for back window, replaced siren with Smart siren and mounted momentary switches for controlling the strobe, chirp, and horn patterns. I don't think this is really a night vision camera but with the added strobe I can see the pictures better at night now. All in all a Wonderfull System. The quick stop feature is nice as well.

Unbeatable Alarm, Very Pleased!
Let me start by saying I love this security system! It may be a bit expensive, but like the saying goes you get what you pay for! The camera is a splendid edition to an already feature rich security system. Optional sensors include: Tilt sensor for protecting the car against being jacked up (usually for stealing rims), Glass break (sound) sensor, Radar (motion) sensor, and a dual adjust shock sensor (the one that comes with the unit is single adjust). Also, this unit can be upgraded with window roll up and down modules. The network port also allows for system programming through windows based PCs or Pocket PCs but it costs extra, like seventy dollars. The manufacturer includes a limited lifetime warranty! All of these features make for one bad ass security system! Buy it now, you WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!!

Great alarm system ever in my BMW E36 328i
install this alarm unit into BMW E36 is very hard and complex, it take alot of time to plan the wiring and relay schematic DIY. i had customised some original bmw wiring system to improve the security system and best matching with the VG8000, the alarm unit 100% fit in the EWS2 and ZKE IV module housing. My current bmw e36 328i will not be able to start by key, fully depend on both remote control and the key. without one of it the car will not run. The starter will not crank when remote start in double lock by the remote control. the key totally will not start the vehicle only can switch on ignition and accessory power. The windows will automatic roll up when double lock was activate by remote control. My bmw e36 remote start smoothly with no DTC error, i am connecting the bmw accessory line to brown wire in the 6-pin starter, and program it to be second ignition output, the bmw just start smoothly with transponder by-pass system.
alot more special features.... the alarm unit did not have GPS/GPRS/GSM,which does not require monthly or yearly fee.
But best work together with SKYTRACK 3000 as upgrade for GPS and GPRS/GSM tracking.

An amazing upgrade for car security
I've fully installed this alarm on an 86 735i E23 and this alarm is well worth the value you pay for. Now having the keyless lock/unlock feature which this car didn't have, works very good. The remote is not that hard to use once u read the manual for the different operations and features that it does and the signal from the remote to the car is great. The camera part of this alarm works pretty good but scytek could have made it better. I also installed some scytek accessories to this alarm like the strobe/camera flash light, 2 scytek window modules for the 4 window roll up and 4 window roll down operation, and an 150db air horn so loud, it immediately causes attention to anybody near and far away from vehicle. This alarm is definitely a must for older vehicles and a plus if u want to install this on a new vehicle.
