Replacement ear pads for Sennheiser HD450

I've had these headphones for some time but they still sound perfect. So when the pads tore from old age, I thought I had to get rid of them. I tried putting other headphones pads but obviously they did not fit and would fall off. I tried using them without pads but it would hurt my ears. There is no better option than to buy original replacement pads. I'm glad I found them and that Sonic Electronix is selling them.

Works as expected

Once I figured out how to remove the locking ring from the headphones (mine had no foam ear cups as I got them used), place them inside the foam, and then attach, it was a piece of cake. Now I have OEM high quality headphones again!! It's German, so hard to know if value is good. 25 bucks for two chunks of foam seems high, but it's all relative, I guess. The phones are well over $100.

My HD450's are now comfy to wear again!

I definitely recommend this product, it's a direct fit for Sennheiser HD450 headphones, easy to install, and make your phones feel like they are brand new! My HD450's are my favorite headphones of any I have ever owned, I like them better even than my HD414, which many consider to be the holy grail of headphones. I just think the 450's sound a little better.... if you have an old set of HD450 or 480, do yourself a favor and buy a set of new ear pads and you'll fall in love with your headphones all over again!
