Sennheiser HZR-62

Because of loss of hearing in one ear, using headphones during travel was not working as I only heard the sound from one ear. The HZR-62 has solved that problem, allowing me to adjust the volume seperately for each ear, in effect boosting the volume in my bad ear and balancing the two speakers. I'm back on Stereo. Unit is easy to use and works very well. My only complaint (not a serious one) is that the cord that comes with the unit is 15' long and can not be removed from the unit. Since I use it mostly on planes, that is far far overkill. Unit is worth the price and is perfect to balance the sound if you have hearing loss in one ear.

Just what we needed

We already had a pair of Sennheiser headphones but wanted to be able to adjust the volume. This was just what we were looking for as it not only allows volume adjustment (individual for each ear) but it is long enough to be used as an extension cable as well. It was easy to install, it even came with an adapter for older tvs or systems, which we didn't need, but still good to have. And seems to be good quality, so far so good.
