Only The Best!

I purchased these to replace an old pair of Sennheiser NR phones I've had for about 15 years. While I liked my old ones these are far better both in design and operation. The battery is internal, the ear cups swivel 90 degrees for storage, they come with a case (a very nice case) and the cord is detachable. Those are all changes for the better, but the fact that these leave the Bose in the dust is the real reason to buy them. They are only the best!

Superb sound quality

Sennheiser quality sound comes through with and without noise cancellation on. The Talk-Through button is useful when you need to speak to flight attendants. Comfortable to wear and the volume control is convenient. Noise cancellation is at 80% which may not cut out all airline noise but definitely worthwhile.

Superb product

I have used these in train trips with great satisfaction. Above all, comfortable to wear for long period of time (4 Hrs +), gone is the "ear fatigue" I used to have with my previous (not as expensive) headphones. Sound superb too. Good value considering the built and sound quality you get.

Awesome

Very comfortable. Noise cancellation is excellent. As good or better than Bose QC 35 and definitely higher quality materials. I have 2 pair. Only complaint is getting quality earpads.
