Great upgrade to the RS 170 pads which are garbage
These are an easy replacement to the RS 170 pleather pads. I don't mind that they're pleather but the foam collapses so quickly on a new pair that an upgrade is really needed. Sad given the RS 170's price point. What is also a bit disturbing from Senn is the manual indicates an incorrect product code for ear pad replacement.
You can put these nice velour pads on a 170 by simply rotating the cup...they pop in and out quite easily.

Great value for an original, not a knock-off, part. They also fit perfectly on my RS-170's, too.
