Works great... saves money!
Recommended. I was able to get rid of my land line and still have multiple phones around the house. I can charge my cell as soon as I walk in the door and answer the phone from anywhere. Also nice to be able to link multiple phones with different rings.

Use with newer phones
I tried this with a 900 MHz phone and it didn't work very well, too much static. Then I tried it with a new 6.0 DECT Panasonic system and it is fantastic. I love leaving the cell phone charging until I am ready to leave my home, plus not having that cell radiation next to my empty head any more than is necessary. My 6.0 system has 5 phones throughout my home so one is always nearby. I no longer have a land line, just a cell phone.
