It works

I bought this box with the Polk 8" woofer and it fits behind the seat of my GMC S-15 pickup. The box does its job and I had no problems installing the speaker.

Good box

Great fit in my small hatch. Running one of the new Kicker 8" 200 watt shallow sub on a Kicker 200 watt amp. Packed it with polyfill. Running great for last several months. I have a shallow trunk, so I have this thing on its back facing up and still produces great sound.

Happy with enclosure

I needed a small speaker box to fit under the bench seat in my cargo van. This box fit my needs perfectly as it comes in both 8 and 10 inch openings. although I'm sure an audiofile would object to this small volume non-ported design, it fit the bill for me.

Yep.. It's a box

It's a little wood box with carpeting. Not sure how you could give it a bad review. As stated, it's wood and it's for an 8" sub. The sub fit and the speaker terminals seem good. For the money it's easier than making one.

Space Saver

This is a decent little box for an 8", it does require a bit of extra sealing but after that its tough as nails, sounds good with a JL 8w1 also. i highly reccomend it especially for SE's price.

Perfect for a single cab

I had two of these behind the seat of a single cab full size chevy, and low and behold they fit perfectly underneath the back seat in a full size crew cab which is where they are now. I have a pair of Punch 8s and I have zero complaints with the boxes

Great Boxes

I had two of these in my 1999 Silverado regular cab behind the seats and they fit great. I put Fosgates in each and they did great for only being 8".

I was mad when i got this!

thought this would be a good box but when i installed my RE audio 8" the box wasn't sealed at all, it sounded horrible so i ripped the sub out and resealed it and reinstalled the sub. Still not sealed played it for a bit found out it was the cheap terminal used in building this box so i had to use so much silicon to reseal the terminal and it made the box look like poop. Would have been better to just drill a small hole and run the wire threw and seal it.

Excellent price

The quality of this enclosure is excellent for the price. I installed an 8'' Sub, and quality at low/medium volumes was great. I'm more of a bass head, so this setup just wasn't loud enough for me. I like to blast my music everyday at loud volumes, and the subwoofer would constantly distort, indicating it was being pushed beyond it's mechanical limits (NOT the box's fault). I ended up going with another custom made enclosure and the most powerful 8'' woofer currently on the market which sounded like a 12'' and after tuning, it doesn't distort at loud volumes which is what I wanted.

If you are looking for a LOT of extra bass, this box is not for you, because its not big enough to allow a large speaker to travel during excursion to create loud bass.

However if you are just looking for a little extra bass for your system to add "Depth" to your music, then this is perfect, because it's small, light weight, good quality and cheap. Overall ld i'd recommend it, but it depends on the kinda bass you're looking for.

Good box

High quality good price. Perfect size. Makes my Kicker 05CVR84 powered by a Kenwood KAC-6202 sound great. I really like the terminals in this enclosure.

Good for compact areas

Love the box, I have a del sol and I'm left with no room for a system. This little 8" box fits perfect between my upper rear strut bar and rear firewall. Great enclosure for an awesome price! As always fast shipping!

Price is right

This box is a good start, but you have to seal the seams on the inside if you want the best sound! After that it was great.
