I LOVE this product
I bought my first SBH20 in Taipei last year, and purchased this second one online because I was heartbroken when the first went missing. I don't know why this product isn't more readily available for purchase in-store in the US, it's such an amazing headphone set. I love it that my phone isn't attached to a cord that's constantly getting tangled or that I'm accidentally knocking out of my ears. Every function worked well on my iPhone 4s and now as well on my Moto X (though with the Android, I had to pair via NFC to get the back/forward/volume buttons to work - took me awhile to figure that out).
Highly recommend, especially for exercising and walking around town! I want to see more of these on the streets!
