camera looks really good has a real good picture and distance lines are accurate for the price can't beat it.

This product is very affordable and delivers great results. With the night vision on it there are no issues with using it at night in no light situations. I have would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a licence plate mounted camera.

Nice product

Good product for the price, but I did have to buy a longer video cord, the one that Comes in the package is just to short for a truck. If you have a car it's no problem but I have a four door short bed f150 and the cord was about 4 ft to short.

Amazing value

Not to sure on this yet when I first installed this with a Jensen vx 7023 it looked amazing now it's a little hazy and dark but it works trouble shooting it to make sure it's not a connection issue

Picture is fine. Mounts easy. Has all the wiring you need to make it work. Instructions are printed in 3 font so hard read. Just find them online and blow up the image.

Good cam.

This after market backup camera is a good safety feature. For me it was not a difficult install (my first try). The instructions for installation are easy to understand. If you don't have one get one. You will be happy that you did. Don't know yet about the durability of the camera since I've only used for about 35 days. But so far, so good.

Clear picture

Very nice clear picture but the view is reversed. Luckily I like to use my mirrors and only use the camera to see what's directly behind me.

Almost perfect.

Purchase this model for it's protected camera design and because it was described as having an easy to use 4 pin DIN connector, which would have been a match for my existing wiring. Unfortunately, though they may use only 4 wires, this camera comes with a 6 pin DIN connector so I had to rewire the entire system. Just a lot more work than anticipated. End result is the camera works as advertised and the design will keep the camera from being easily dislodged or damaged.

Great stereo, a little bouncy

Stereo install was mostly straight forward, although the screen instructions could be better. There is a picture showing where four screws go in to secure it to the unit, I still can’t tell where two of them go. There are more holes than screws but there aren’t four holes on top of the unit at all, especially not within the are they show.
My main complaint is actually not with the stereo but with the way it connects to the dash kit. It really isn’t a very solid supporting kit fit this stereo and while adjusting the screen it’s easy for it to pop partly out of the dash. The way the stereo can be pulled straight out without disassembly of any kind isn’t ideal especially for a stereo with a large heavy screen on it. I might just glue it so it won’t come out unless I take the dash apart.
Possibly due to the install kit issues but more likely just due to such a large screen, it’s a little shaky while driving. This might also be an issue because of my car, which has fairly stiff suspension compared to many other cars. Not a huge issue but something that I didn’t thinks of ahead of time.

Overall I am pleased with this unit, the screen is great and very easily visible. The sound is much better than the cheaper kenwood that I replaced with it. Best part is that it has actual buttons for volume and skip forward shed back. I’m happy with it overall.

Missing hardware

Got my camera shipped to me without any hardware. Would be nice to receive the proper mounting screws. I have a camera with no way of installing it. Called sonic and they said I have to wait for a response back. The correct answer would be a new camera is being shipped to you sorry for the inconvenience and you can return the one you received
