good amp

i had this amp hooked up to my 2 12'' rockford fosgate subs (old subs) and i was very impressed how much they pounded for being so old. great little 4 chanel amp.

Nice

I recommend this to ppl that want to upgrade from stock radio power... This amp was powering two 10" 8ohm eminence 500 watts a piece and a 10" MTX 400 watt sub and has done a great job thus far... it does get very hot and cut off and on, on me when i drive for a couple hours with gain and radio all the way up... but trust me you'll be turning heads with the power it puts out...

Got it used, still working

I've used this amp to power 1 and 2 JBL 12" subwoofers. The power ratings are accurate and it is very durable. Survived in the trunk of my car in -5 to 90 degree (Fahrenheit) weather with no loss in performance. It does get pretty hot to the touch, but has never suffered heat damage. Sometimes when I turn up its gain, and the volume on the head unit it cuts out, But that's to be expected with so much demand from a relatively low power sub. Its pretty bulky (see dimensions) but I guess that's why its so durable. Many say Sony isn't great in car audio, but this unit has never gone bad on me. When I buy a new woofer amp, I'll be using this to power my other speakers.

Great amp

The amp is powerful and powers the four speakers in my truck very well. It is great for what I need it for, great amp well worth the money. It was very easy to set up and didn't take much time to get it all set right, I can actually hear the speakers now instead of just the subs.

Limited use, but still a great product..

I have my speakers running on one of these, and I can say there is a noticeable bump in the overall sound quality and loudness. I wouldn't recommend it for use with any subs bigger than 10 inches but anything else will show a lot of improvement connected to this amplifier.

Good amp

This is a very good budget amp for powering your speakers. This amp improved the overall loudness and clarity of my speakers. This amp has been running great for around a year now. This amp sometimes gets hot but it has never shutoff or failed me yet. For wanting to upgrade your aftermarket speaker sound quality I would highly recommend getting an aftermarket amp like this.

Great Amp

This amp is very durable, nice design easy for setup. This amp sends clean power to my 6 1/2 and 6/9 polk aftermarket speakers allowing then to crank up louder with nice and clear sound. Also this amp won't break your pockets. Only down fall is this amp don't have alot of features like some of the other high price amp.
