Nice!!!

this is a nice sub and with the right box it sounds really good i have three of them and they all sound grate and get a good amp it u have it made!!!!!!!!!!

Bad VC

This sub delivered some fairly solid performance for the 6 months i had it hooked up to a Lightning Audio amplifier. It was receiving 150 watts RMS and hit hard but the voice coil finally blew on me. Overall not a bad product.

Not very impressive

I have six of these in 5.42 cf box sealed running 233 watts rms per sub. It was not very impressive. I have two tens in my other car ported in three cubes and they pretty much blow these away. I decided to port the box and tune it to 30 hz and it helped but still not impressive. Probably the 5mm xmax which is like half of other decent subs. I wouldnt buy them again.

These subs are great, i had a pair of 12's just like this and they lasted a good 2 years worry free, They deliver deep noise free notes that will rattle your face off!!!!!!!!!!!

Great little speakers!!!

Wow! I never expected these sony's to sound so GOOD!!! Yes, GOOD! I have them hooked up to a Dual audio amplifier running 200 RMS to each one, and boy do they thump and they hit harder than my old 12's because they're much smaller. They don't skimp on bass either, these hit the lows just as hard as they hit the higher bass notes. These aren't sound competition speakers so don't expect miracles from these subs, but do expect a good bang for your buck and good balanced sound.

Great Sub

About a year ago I bought myself one of these sub woofers and it has treated me well ever since. I had it paired with an offbrand amp of only 400 watts, but this sub still hit! Rather than the rattling of most subs I had heard this produced crisp, clear sound. After a year this sub is still turning heads as i drive by with the bass turned up!
