The Best Boombox by far

If you want a unit to do almost everything you want to with music then this is the best unit to do it with. I mean everything!!!!!

Easy to use

We were looking for a handheld boom box to carry in the yard or use while working around the house and the usb read feature sold us on this sony unit. Not to big and bulky and there was none sold in local retail stores. Easy to use and comes with a remote also.

Great features for great value

I bought it primarily because of the USB recording feature. I was somewhat disappointed because I took it immediately from the States to Africa (for work) and it seems like the power supply doesn't work. It would be good to have a variable/adjustable power supply version (11-240, etx).

Excellent piece of equipment

The main reason for ordering this Boombox was for it's USB input capabilities. But with it's additional MP3 CD availability it's even more of a bargain!

Excellent Product and Excellent Seller

Purchased this product because of its USB feature and its brand that is synonymous with quality. I am really impressed. The quality of sound is great for the size and by using an USB multi card adaptor I've been able to reproduce music from virtually any USB storage device such as SD, micro usb, memory stick, etc.

Sony ZS-RS09CP (ZSRS09CP) Portable AM/FM Radio CD Player

I purchased this radio because it has a USB port and its ability to transfer music from a CD to a USB stick. This is very handy because I use this radio primarily to play music from a USB stick.

The only down side is that I can not figure out how to preset the radio stations. The instructions show how to do this with a remote, however, it does not come with a remote. There may be a way to do this directly on the radio but the process is not apparent. The sound is great and I am pleased!

Works for me

Pros: Compact. Best thing is that has a usb port which I use for playing mp3's. I have hundreds of hours of music stored on a flash drive. If you turn off the unit, next time it will carry on from where it left off. Has a min-stereo jack for speakers if you want a better sound. CD works fine. FM reception is not good for the station I like listening to. It was better with my previous unit.

Cons: Sound from the unit's speakers is not good for listening to music.

Overall I am satisfied with it

Otherwise Worthy Sony Music Box

I purchase this CD player specifically for the USB input feature. I can play all my electronic media stored on USB sticks.

But, oh my, what puny sound. Move more than 10 feet away and you cannot adequately hear audio books. Sony, but some meaningful speakers in this thing.
