Nice for the price

For the price this is a very nice stereo to replace the original equipment. It did require some modifications to the back part of the dashboard because it wasn't shaped like the factory model. The kit that was added included a antenna adapter that I could not use because of the depth available behind the radio. I called tech support and they sent the correct one immediately. I haven't been able to use the SD card feature because it doesn't recognize it. I don't know if there is a size limitation it doesn't specify in the manual but the blue tooth and usb Stick work fine.

Works good for a couple of weeks

Installed the stereo, Bluetooth worked for about 10 days then it was in and out, I guess you get what you pay for. Returned the unit and still haven't received a refund

Great value

It's a very basic stereo but sounds good, connectivity to Bluetooth and quality is great.
Good feature is changing the brightness of the LED lighting. LOUD mode makes a huge change with sound quality if sub and amp is installed.

The only thing is sometimes the remote has to be aligned with the sensor to get a good response.
Not fancy, but the best bang for your buck if you don't care if it's not touch screen.

Help Please and Thank You, BlueTooth Device Full

Hello, so I bought my truck with this already installed. It has worked great and everything. I just got a new Phone, it is an Iphone 11. when I try to connect to BlueTooth it says Device Full and then it says Pairing Unsuccesful. How do I delete other phones that have connected to it with bluetooth from the system. Or is that the problem. In conclusion, I try to connect to bluetooth with my new phone and on the SSL screen it says Device Full and the on my phone says pairing unsuccesful. how do I fix this.

Terrible

The radio, and suggested wire harnesses we’re not the appropriate suggested fit for my truck. Now that everything has been wired and soutered together there is no possible way for a return. Idk how you can run a company with such a high approval rating but can’t find the appropriate fit for a vehicle when the customer literally gives you a very detailed description of what they own and you provide what they need. Horrible company. I would never suggest anyone buy anything from here ever again.

Good unit for basic replacements and adding Bluetooth

Love the knob for quick volume adjustments,3 level brightness, fast Bluetooth connection and USB interface. For the money, only a bigger knob could be better. Beware of Kits that require dash modifications, (older Dodge is odd sized no matter Din or DoubleDin).
