plan on it

The following review is for a previous version (T4-12).

i plan on buying subs from either soundstream, mmats, kicker, or massive audio. all are top brand names. some people think that 2 15s will always beat 1 12"....not true at all. this 1 12" would blast away subs of 15" and 18". the bigger size only means louder, but will lose sound quality. soundstream will deliver loudness and SQ to the max.(mmats and kicer are more for loudness, not SQ)

Extreme SPL Sub

The following review is for a previous version (T4-12).

This subwoofer is not for the light at heart... I have 2 of these in my 00' civic and they POUND!! I have won many extreme competitions in my area with these and everyone thinks they are always 2 15s... This sub will amaze you and your friends.. TOP OF THE LINE SUB RIGHT HERE!!

Great Sub

I bought one of these sub for my first setup, All i have to say is WOW, Im a believer. I have this in a bandpass box hooked to a Crossfire 1000D @ 1 ohm. This thing hits so good my friends can hear me coming from blocks away. Not the best sound quality but is still damn good. People do believe i have 2 12's in my trunk. I frequently get weird shocked looks when people hear me hit a low note when driving by someone, it's priceless.

sonudstream

I have 2 t5 12's on a brutus 1600 at 1 ohm. My truck rock like theres two 15's in it. Easily killing type-R's and kicker L7's without a problem. The T5's are very underrated. I will probably be upgrading to four t5's in the near future

I got 6 twelves.

I have 6 T5 twelves and two tarantula 2000.1s. I also have the tarantula 560x4 on my doors. Im very satisfied with the set up and would recommend it.

very nice

They crush loudly and outperform most subs at this level. Im truly happy with these hooked up to a tarantula 1000 d amp. You wont be disappointed

These Quake

I have two of these 12's hooked up to a Brutus 2006D paralleled into a 1 ohm load and my doctor says i have the cleanest ears he has ever seen when i went into my last physical. My vision easily goes blurry when just turning them up. The funny thing is my box is 1/2 the size it needs to be ( i have 1.5^3 per sub) ported and on my pioneer deck the bass is at -12. cant wait to upgrade on the box so i can put it at +2 or something. These subs are also extremely durable. Easily out pound all the million people in the world who have type-R's. EASILY

Awesome

Play Beautifully, I have 2 of them hook up to a Soundstream Tarantula 2600watt @ 0.5 ohms and they just raddle shake wave even make my windshield wipers hop and they very impressive seeing how they are in a boat of a SUV. very clean crisp bass you will diffidently need more Mid/Highs to hear the music over the bass

Soundsteam T5

I have one T5 in my Nissan Xterra @ 1 Ohm hooked up to a 1.1000D Rubicon Amp, its very loud people think I have 2 Twelves in my suv. The subs hit hard but the life spand doesn't seem to last very long. This is the fouth T5 12 that I've blown. I would recommend the Soundstream SPLX 122H for better lifespan which is 1000 RMS.

cant believe it

i have had 2 t-5 12's in a vented box ran off of a soundstream pca2000d amp, also with a soundstream 20 farad cap, a soundstream bx-10, two sets of trc-6n components hooked up to a soundstream pca4.260 and for a head unit it was the soundstream vir8007. all of this was in a 2006 suzuki forenza and i loved it i busted 3 different welds on the trunk lid. i will only use soundstream equipment and ill be buying lots more here in the near future hoping to be picked up as a sponsor.
