rated 2k amp, its awesome

This amp definitely surpasses those in the same price range and price per watt is amazing. This amp is Korean built so it does what it says it will do. Have it hooked up to 2 Ampere Audio AA 2.5 8s and they love this 2k.

This amp is a beast

I was decided on what amp to purchase because my belva bb3000d amp went out on me after 6 months of ownership. Sonix electronics is a good company and refunded me my money so I was deciding between this amp or the Hifonics BRX2000.1D. I decided to get this amp based upon thier old school reference amps of the 90's. I'm so glad I purchase this amp because I have more clean and accurate bass than the previous amp I had. I'm running 3 8 inch treo subs in a custom made box at 1 ohms. After 2hrs of testing the amp, it was barley warm to the touch. I have 0 gauge wire running to the amp with a SHURiKEN SK-BT80 battery that I also purchase from this company. Be warned that you need to upgrade your electrical system in your car because this amp is power hungery so I suggest that you do the big three and if possible, get a more powerful alternator. The only issue I have with amp is the positive and negative are big enough for a 4gauge wire. I had to order some 0gauge to 4 gauge adapters to solve that problem. If you feed this amp steady current, then this amp will put out 2000 rms at 1 ohm.

Great amp for the price

Decided to give this amp a try and I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but it does put out a lot of power and has been used daily without any issues but I do have an upgraded electrical system. I would not suggest running this amp without doing that first.

I currently have it on my NVX VCW 124 at 2 ohms and it sounds great. I had it on a pair of Soundqubed HDS212's at 1 ohm and this amp was too much for those subs. I would say this amp does close to rated power
