Installed in a 05 Honda Odyssey. The radio came with the dash kit and wire harness. The only extra I paid for was the antenna jack $6 total price for everything $130 out the door plus free shipping. Easy install for anybody who can match colors, and if you don't know how to remove stereo watch YouTube then go from there. Don't pay anybody to install you will feel very stupid at the end! Trust Me!

I recommend this product but for the excursion it doesn't fit they are gaps even with the right dash kit but it does look great and has great features pros: great features great picture while watching a movie cons: a little hard to hear with the built in mic have to talk louder not but a couple of backgrounds

Good (Secure) Kit with Support for Deck.

Please read this whole review as I rave and then give tips about this kit. First of all, I did not want to like this kit. This kit came free with my Single Din deck from Sonic Electronix. My install was Double to SIngle Din, so I was to end up with a pocket/shelf to fill the gap. I also ordered a Scosche Kit GM1587B. The Scosch kit had a small raised "support" Which did not even reach to the deck itself to hold it up. I started for looking for things to put between the pocket and the Deck to hold it up. Also the pocket (although deep) was very skinny. I could hard get my hand into it. Additionally, it provided no way to secure the deck in the kit, so stealing it would have been as easy as pulling hard. I got frustrated and started looking at my "free" American International kit. The gap filling pocket, although not as deep had plenty of room to get taller objects into. Turning it around, that pocket served the dual purpose of holding the deck up properly. it also came with sides which looked similar to what you may have for an iso install. After figuring out exactly how to connect the pocket to the sides and then the kit, I tried to get the deck into the kit for several minutes without luck. I tried pushing it in from the front but not tall enough, from the back, the deck (with mounting sleeve that came with the deck) was too wide. Then I had an AHA moment. The mounting sleeve was the only thing keeping me from getting this kit to fit my stereo. In additional the trim around the front of the deck also did not fit. I realized after some frustration that neither the mounting sleeve nor the trim from the deck belonged with this kit. The deck goes directly into the back of the kit and presses out the front. This kit actually takes over for both the mounting sleeve and the trim, where it provides it's own trim which sits flush and makes it look like the whole thing came together. The sides which looked like an iso install hold the pocket in place, fit into grooves in the kit, and then provide spots for the screws to secure the deck, making this one big secure install without the usual taping for security and stability. Once screwed bolted into the vehicle, this deck/kit are going nowhere and to steel this you better bring install tools. Very Impressed.

Pick something else

Had this unit a little more than a year and have intermittent issues connecting to Bluetooth, and it is the radio. I tried 5 phones one day and none would connect.Now I have started having issues with the front and rear speakers cutting out,currently shopping for a replacement.

For the Price it's barely OK

For the price it's hard to complain, But 1) radio stations are static. 2) Rear view cam stopped working within 3 months 3) DVD volume is VERY low 4) Bluetooth ringer is WAY TOO LOUD and I can't find anyway to turn it down. It almost made me father in law sh*t himself when my phone rang. 5) DVD movies are constantly off with the words.

the worst radio

This was the worst radio i ever got.After all the time I spent putting it in my car.3 months later the radio lost all sound.Would not eject the cd for nothing.I was so mad I took the radio out.Took it apart so i could get the cd.And threw it in the trash where it belonged.

Great power

Ok here's the thing with this little guy.....it's has strong rms power to speakers so you don't need an amp. Now to the problems, although very affordable, just know the unit will have some sort of problem. The first one I got, the LR speaker wire out of the harness didn't work. I returned, the next one work but later found out the RR rca input didn't work so I definitely couldn't add an amp. Although I didn't need and amp, I still use it to test out speakers and different setups. Anyways, I didn't bother returning because I didn't want to have some other problem with the next unit lol. I can live with this little issue. Cheap unit from a cheap manufacturer, I didn't expect much, but did expect it to work. I get 90 percent of my items from Sonic, and will continue! Great company
