I bought the back up sensor Steelmate PTS-400SD. The reason I bought the this equipment because, I wanted to get back up sensor for my truck with metal bumper. I love it works on my truck perfectly. Its really good on metal bumper. if some of my friend I will highly recommend this product to them. I was a good deal.

Great Basic Backup System!

Wanted a basic 4-sensor backup system so I purchased this one. Sensors are a little large at 25mm (1") diameter but don't really look that bad. Sensors have a slight angle built in to accommodate bumpers not vertical. Wires have enough length for installation & audible beeper is loud enough to install behind panels. Starts beeping at about 5-feet and I get a solid tone at about 10-inches. Didn't want any LED or LCD displays on dash as you should be looking back as you're reversing so it would be useless to me. So far I like this unit and would recommend it to others.

Great Bang-for-the-Buck!

Purchased the Steelmate PTS-400SD reverse sensor kit as I wanted a basic system without all the bells and whistles. Installation was a breeze (except for drilling the holes through my steel bumper). I like the way the sensor has a slight angle to it so that it matches up to my slightly angled bumper. The system works perfectly and reaches the steady tone at about 10-inches from an object. Beeper is loud enough to be hidden behind a panel and I put mine under the rear seat. Should the need arise I will purchase this same system again.
