Not bad
I bought this to keep the rattles away in my door panels. I used it in conjunction with some NVX dampener that was put in my doors. This foam sheet can be cut to size and placed in the door panel to cushion vibrations and rattles from driving or pushing the speakers hard. Foam is nice and thick and there is a good amount of it for the price. Adhesive on the back side is sticky but will release easily if you want to do some adjusting after application. It doesn't absorb sound or do what the rubber/foil sheets do. It's there to be a pad between panels that can flap against each other and rattle/buzz.
