Cheap, Elegant

You'd be surprised how difficult it seems to be to find a distribution block to just split a single run of 1/0ga into two runs of 1/0ga! This is one of the few products that fit my requirements for a simple, spartan distribution block that doesn't also have a bunch of extra, differently-gauged inputs.

This is a fairly well-made product, and it does the job admirably. The block itself is very solid and has an attractive and durable chrome finish. 1/0ga wire is easy to insert and the screws secure the wires solidly. The clear plastic cover pops off a little too easily for my liking however, and both it and the plastic base don't seem as though they would hold up to much abuse, so I have some reservations about the overall durability of this item.

Stinger keeping it real.

Upon receipt and unboxing my impressions were very positive. After installing under hood to expand the number of 1/0g ports, I have concluded that my initial impressions were spot on. I was really able to tighten the set screws without the metal stripping. although a simple thing earns top marks in my book for quality. few things worse than soft easily stripped metal on components that benefit from secure fastening.
Stinger has not disappointed me with any of their products that I have used to date.... so like nearly 20yrs. Thanks Stinger.
