This mic stand rules!
This mic stand, first of all, is solid. Materials are good and craftsmanship is excellent. Then, the features. It breaks down really small for transport. Setup is quite easy. Pull the legs out, lower and tighten the base. Adjustments are a snap. Press the button and raise or lower the mike. Press another button and extend or contract the boom. Another button for the boom balance, and a nice if rotund knob to adjust the boom angle. They finally came out with the perfect mic stand.
