great speakers, great value!

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

installed these on my Harley Davidson Street Glide, remarkable improvement over oem speakers. Running them through the stock Harmon kardon head unit, you need 6 inch adapter rings for the Harley available from Arc Audio.

Unexpected brilliance from a mid priced speaker

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I actually shopped for Rockford or JL on this site, was intrigued with infinity. Went to AVI in Lafayette, LA, and demoed them. Was blown away, I knew I wanted them right away! I mentioned this and the sales associate said "why go there? We beat any price!" Then backed it up, where it purchased 2 pair (4 speakers) for (this isn't a typo) $240.00! Thanks sonic electronic for having me check locally to save real money! (And get brand new, not refurbished stuff.

Truly disappointed....

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Clarity: Great
Design: Awesome

Here's the deal: I purchased these & installed them powered by 100w each.
Absolutely NO bass response!

A few months prior, I purchased the Infinity Reference series 6.5's.

I have had the reference series powered by the same 100w configuration as the Kappa, currently they are powered by the head unit which is 50w.

Either way, the reference series ( which are supposed to be a step down from Kappa) outperform the Kappa all the way around...Frequency response, clarity, presence, etc.

Truly left me wishing I would have purchased a second set of Reference 6.5's, but was really looking for something to handle the mid bass range.

Bottom line: my system sounded just as good before I installed the Kappa as it does now.

Little monsters

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

The bass was punchy and precise; Highs and mids were clear. These little ones give a feel that you do not need any subwoofer as such. Other than cost, these speakers are of high quality.

Love My Kappa Speakers !

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I have waited a several months to write this review. Important details:
Vehicle = 2013 Chevrolet Silverado Ext Cab w/stock HU
Line Converter = Audio Control LC7i
Front Speakers = Infinity Kappa 60.11c
Rear Speakers = Infinity Kappa 62.11i
Sub = 8" Powered Sound Ordinance
Amp = Alpine PDX F-4
The sound this system produces is off the hook ! The Kappa speakers are simply outstanding. Not too bright and the mids will blow you away. They love the power and will not distort even at the highest levels with a good amp. Simply put, you will love these speakers !

Incredible Speakers

The following review is for 60.11cs, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I currently have a set of 6.5 Kappa 60.11cs wired up to a Kenwood 4ch amp getting about 90w RMS, HOLY SMOKES! these speakers get LOUD and amazingly Clear! I will be installing the 5.25 Kappa components in the kick panels soon and could not be more excited to have a full range of sound. people say when they install a quality set of speakers they hear notes that they have never heard before, and now i get to say the same thing. put on some Stevie Ray Vaughn and hear EVERY note. and lets talk about loudness, cranked it 3/4 way up and walked away from the truck with the windows down and doors closed... Clean and Crisp sound can be heard 150+ ft away. Would recommend these speakers hands down,

Great speakers

The following review is for 60.11cs, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I recently bought these speakers about a month ago. I own a Mitsubishi 3000gt and it has a small interior. My goal was to get really great front speakers since it is a coupe. These speakers are a huge step up from stock speakers and 100 an under aftermarket speakers. What can I say? these speakers provide incredible sound but barely met my expectations for speakers within this price range. Like any component speaker, the high and low frequencies are divided very well by the crossover. The speakers are very loud for their size as well. I am running a kenwood kdc x397 unit with a 100 W max / 55 W rms amplifier. I love the high and mids that the speakers produce but they do lack on bass. At around 60 - 70 % volume the bass reaches its max and distorts a bit. Im running some Pioneer TS-A6975 6x9s in the back. The 6x9 are decent speakers that are very loud and produce great bass; They are my main source of bass in my car. I love these speakers and combined with songs that have great sound quality, not downloaded and converted from youtube, they produce amazing sound. I would recommend these to anyone looking for speakers with great high and mid frequencies.

Mighty Fine Audio

The following review is for 60.11cs, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I have 2 pairs of these installed in a 2015 Toyota Tacoma and they sound crisp, clear, and loud. I have the cross-over on the Kenwood head unit set to 100hz and are driving them with a 4 channel Polk Audio amplifier. Very bang for the buck, well designed and engineered.

Full sound, great price!

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Installed 2 sets on my 2012 Street Glide CVO. I have had several motorcycles over the years, and tried different speakers, the Kappa's are at the top of my list and I'll use them for every future build. Great Highs, great mids, and great bass. 3 year warranty doesn't hurt either. These speakers are highly recommended on HD sites by enthusiasts and there's a reason. Can't say enough about how great they sound. 2 pairs with a soundstream 4.520 amp and I have to turn them down a lot, they don't lose any quality with power thrown at them, just the opposite!!!

great 5 channel amp for the price

The following review is for P1-5050.5, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This amp has to be one of the better 5 channel amps that ive used for the lower end brand names. For being a crunch amp it has more than enough power to give my mids and highs great sound and enough power in the fifth channel to power my 2 10s. ive had this amp for a few months now and hasn't let me down yet. The only thing I would change is the Phillips type screws for all the connections. One started to strip with very little effort. Only one though. Wish it had the Allen type screws like the hifonics amps. Would definitely buy another one of these.

Fine for my needs

The following review is for P1-5050.5, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I originally ran this bridged, it seemed to distort much earlier running it bridged and the front stage over powered the sub channel that is150 watts. I got rear fill speakers and I am very pleased running all five channels. I paid a pro at an installation shop $35 to set my gains and crossovers on the amp. The procedure is not well described in the manual and it was not sounding very good in spite of a lot of tinkering before I paid the pro.
If you buy this amp understand it is large, 20 inches across (you will need 24 as all the wires and controls are on the ends) and 9 inches wide.

I feel it was the best amp I could get for the money, and would buy it again. The system sounds fantastic now that it is powering 5 channels and is adjusted correctly. It did not make for a good three channel amp as the sub was underpowered in that configuration.

Good Starter amp

The following review is for P1-5050.5, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought this for a friend of mine and installed it in his car. it's well built, sturdy and packs a good punch for the price. You'll get your money's worth. It was an easy setup and it's driving a 10" Pioneer sub without any issues.

I would recommend this unit for anyone looking to install a good looking amp that delivers and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.

Kicker Comp D82

The following review is for 40CWD82, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I used this to replace the factory Bose system sub in my Maxima. I used the dual 2 ohm voice coils in parallel with the factory amp off of the back of the factory sub to power it. I changed out the failing factory head unit with a DEH-80PRS (Highly Recommended!) and dropped the Kicker into the factory opening in the rear deck. The bass is much tighter and has more presence. The presence could be from the ability to separate the signal with the new head unit though. The factory sub amp powers the driver just fine, however I do believe the sub could handle more power therefore making it even cleaner. The single 8" will not set off car alarms or get you a ticket under city ordinances but it will make the listening experience more enjoyable. The Bose systems are meant to be dead flat with no spike in any frequency band. This is very nice but sometimes you want a little more bump and this does just that. I plan to add some more power to kick it a little harder when I want too.

CompD bass value, finally in dual voice coils!

The following review is for 40CWD82, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought this to replace a factory subwoofer in a Chrysler Pacifica with the Intermezzo Infinity system. The factory amp has dual 2-ohm output to the sub channel, so I wanted to find an aftermarket with dual 2-ohm voice coils to preserve the sound. This Kicker played OK in the factory enclosure, but definitely underwhelmed when compared to my other Kicker Comp setups - I still have 2 C104s from 2007 going strong in my son's car. I bought an aftermarket pre-fab box and suddenly the 8" woke up and provided good low fill in the car - it's small enough to "shallow mount" in a truck box and lay flat in the back area without fear of being damaged. So far, so good.

For The $ It's Hard To Buy A Better Speaker

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I've purchased three pairs of these over the last five years. One for my own HD Road Glide and two other sets to install in friend's Road Glides.

The Kappas are durable, handle decent power and SQ is above average. If you need a 2 Ohm speaker to pair with a mini-amp that fits on a motorcycle it's hard to go wrong with the Kappas.

Their SQ, loudness, and power handling capability are near comparable to many other speakers I've installed on motorcycles.

Crunch P1-5050.5 Amplifier Review

The following review is for P1-5050.5, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Love this Amp. Unfortunately my first one was stolen along with my car. I just purchased a new one. It used to be black with a blue emblem that used to light up. Now it's white with a red emblem. I don't know if it lights up yet. I installed it the first time but this time, I'm going to pay someone to install it for me. Sound is good and crisp. Bass is controllable via a switch you can put under your seat. I had it connected to a 12" sub-woofer and it still had a lot of punch. Since it's a 5 channel amp it will take care of all of your amp needs and save you the cost of buying two.. Also, it never got hot, even when I ran it for hours. Can't wait to have my new one installed on Saturday.

Sound good

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I'm still trying to dial them in but they are a big improvement over my stock speakers which is not saying much but I paired them with a Pioneer 4 ch amp working at 125 rms a channel and they are loud and clear. Still working on breaking the in and dialing in the mid bass. I have a separate bass speaker to handle the deep bass as these sounded muddy trying to reproduce anything under 120 hz at high volume in my doors but you might get better performance depending on your application.

Kappa 62.11

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

These speakers scream! I have them on a Harley bagger powered by a Soundstream 520 watt amp and the music is loud and crystal clear at 70mph. Not a lot of low end so if you want bass these might not be the ticket, but for mids and highs these are hard to beat for the price. Only complaint is they have a screw for the wire terminal which was a pain to work with.

Bought two of these and built a box for under the back seat of my 09 Silverado. Running them off a Kenwood KAC5001PS 1000W amp. I have to say these subs are more than I ever expected. They give my factory system a perfect upgrade.

great sound, powerful bass

The following review is for 62.11I, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

First of all, those speakers do not fit a 2007 BMW Z4 back kick panel behind the seats. The screws openings do not match the plate's openings, need modifications to make it work. Other than that, those speakers rocks. It pumps out great bass, actually a lot more bass than expected. So much I have to lower my bass setting. I also need to replace the 3 1/2'" speakers in the back kick panel but after installing the Kappa, I don't need to.
