Actually works.
I was very skeptical of buying a ground loop isolator that plugs into rca ports considering all the good ones you have to solder on. My friends and i took apart the whole interior of the car, used a dremel to ensure good ground and no paint on contact. Did everything we could and there was still a large alternator whine. When all else failed, i thought buying 2 of these for 15 bucks total could not hurt, especially with free shipping. Came to me the next day, plugged it in, and it works like a charm.
