Very pleased with product
I was very pleased with the 211HV once I had it installed. The installation instruction were difficult to interpret and are written for the professional installer (I am not). Once the connections were figured out with the aid of the internet, the install was fairly quick and easy. I installed this on a 2001 Honda Civic. All of the connections to the cars wiring harness were done under the drivers side kick panel. Once I knew what wires went where, install took about 60 minutes. It has been in service for 6 months with no issues.

Great Product For the money
Had this product installed in an older BMW. Product itself is excellent value and extremely reliable. BMW wasn't equipped to allow for installation without additional $100.00 expense for extras. This isn't Viper's problem though, I just want to mention it to be fair to future buyers.
I would highly recommend Viper.
