Great speakers for the price

They look great and sound good too. They are powered currently by my Pioneer deck, but with an amp, I am sure their sound will improve. Cannot beat the price value and the quality of the speakers.

WOW

I wanted to build a kickass system, but my funds are extremely tight, so, sadly, all those "premium" speakers were out of my price range. I must say though that these speakers output some awesome sound, and damn can they take a beating..
I'm about to order a visonik amp for them, but just off the JVC radio they have great quality! They are extremely sensitive, can handle lots of power, and they were easy to install. If you buy a different speaker set, you're crazy.

This is worth it.

Just slapped this in with my 2channel amp. I tell you for the price, it is good man!!! The clarity of it is really awesome. I most of the time go by name brands or reviews. Was skeptic about the price cause you know what they say right, "you get for what you pay for". But reviews on Sonic Electronix, very accurate. If any for you looking for great clarity, this is worth the price. I'm definitely picking up my 6*9's from here with a 4channel amp.

5 stars.

Improving oem audio in a 350z roadster

These are the best component speakers within this price range. I decided to go with these because of the stats and because the road noise and the infamous 350Z noise prohibits me from playing my music at low volume. I hooked them up to the front 2 channels of my 4 x 150W rms amp. After 30 hours of break in time, I tested them @ full volume with no distortion whatsoever. Then I lowered the high pass filter for the front channels of my amp to 40hz and these speakers passed with flying colors. Unless you're willing to spend $200 or more on a set of 6 1/2" component speakers, you will not find a better deal than this. Make sure you seal the back of the woofers with foam insulation to keep the mid bass tight and to eliminate vibration noise because your doors will vibrate if you have these speakers! Also you must have a decent amp because you won't get much out of them with low power as I also tested them with my stock Bose amp on my Z. I gave the look/design a 3 because the grills are just plain ugly and they went into the trash as soon as I opened the box. They don't match the tweeters and look like an afterthought.
